About.

Balcony to Table Gourmet Potted Lettuce is ready to eat, plant or display.

We have created three unique lettuce bouquets:  Green Beauty, Green Goddess and Green Dream.  Each is a carefully chosen arrangement put together for aesthetics, taste, and texture.  Each will make a beautiful, delicious, and texturally-interesting salad.  Choosing from all three bouquets will make the ultimate salad.  Great idea to buy all three!

Grown naturally in soil and sunshine, with the benefits of the controlled conditions of a greenhouse, Balcony to Table Lettuce is certified organic.  We use non-GMO seeds and a special farmer's blend of organic soil to produce healthy lettuce that is natural, earthy, crisp, clean, fresh, and pure.   The Lettuce keeps healthy and will continue to grow for 2 to 5 weeks with good care.

Not only is the Lettuce delicious, it is beautiful and versatile.  Group and place them on the window sill, kitchen counter, or dining room table.  Plant them in a vegetable garden, raised-bed planter, or pot on the balcony or deck.  Instantly, you have a crop ready to harvest, or, you can wait and harvest later.  Plant the Lettuce along with other crops.  Once some of the other vegetables have been harvested,   fill-in the space and extend the growing season with the Lettuce, which will be available year-round.

Another idea: such a good thing should be shared.  A box of three or four Balcony to Table Gourmet Potted Lettuce makes a unique and impressive hostess gift.
