My plan is to grow a new crop this spring…miniature vegetables. The growing period is shorter and the veggies are just so cute! They are fairly expensive at the supermarket if you’re lucky to find them.
I intend to serve my guests a baby cauliflower each. There are different varieties of miniature carrots, brussels sprouts, courgettes, radishes, turnips and squash.
